Senior Research Coordinator
Steve Boucher, M.S, is a Senior Research Coordinator in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Steve received his M.S. in Community and Regional Planning from Temple University and his B.A. in Urban Studies from the State University of New York at Albany. Before coming to Penn, he managed research services at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia. Much of his research has been focused on economic, workforce, and community development, as well as industry market research and competitive intelligence.
